Discussion about Digital Machine-Hour Capacity Design of Auto-Reeling

Automatic reeling design of machine-hour capacity is an important design for automatic reeling silk design and its accuracy directly relates to the reeling companies' benefit. In order to realize the digital precision of technology design of reeling silk, It analyzes automatic reeling design of end feeding number, automatic reeling design of average number and automatic reeling design of speed, which could impact on automatic reeling technology design of reeling silk of yield per hour in theory at first, then reaches a mathematical relationship about them. Secondly, this paper discusses the range of value of operating rate of automatic reeling machine, which also could impact on auto-reeling technology design of yield per hour. Next it analyzes the relation among speed of automatic reeling machine, operating rate of automatic reeling machine, rushing upon numbers in ten thousand meters, the skills of workers of reeling silk in theory. At last it reaches integrate mathematical expression about the auto- reeling digital design of machine-hour capacity.
