By using MODIS data products,combined with DEM data,land use data,meteorological data,employed SEBAL model,light use efficiency model,PAR model and the algorithm of vegetation index,Radiation,NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index)and EVI(Enhance Vegetation Index)in the parameters of ET(Evapotranspiration),NPP(Net Product),PAR(Photosynthetic Active Haihe River Basin were estimated.The impacts of elevation and land cover change on ET,NPP,PAR,NDVI,andEVI are anlyzed.We found that impacts of elevation and land cover changeon on parameters are significant.
