Chlorophyll-a of Chlorella vulgaris had been related with spectrum. Based on hyperspectral measurement for Chlorella vulgaris, the hyperspectral characteristics of Chlorella vulgaris and their optimal hyperspectral quantitative models of chlorophyll-a (Chla) estimation were researched in situ experiment. The results showed that the optimal hyperspectralrnquantitative model of Chlorella vulgaris was Chla = 180.5+ 1125787(R_(700))'+2.4~*10~9[(R_(700))']~2 (P<0.01), andrnthe suitability order of corresponding methods was spectral ratio
