CHLORELLA VULGARIS E25 STRAIN HAVING SPECIFIC CELL WALL ALMOST FREE FROM ALPHA-CELLULOSE, AND HAVING HIGH CHLORELLA GROWTH FACTOR UNDER CULTIVATION IN DARK

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a Chlorella vulgaris, having cell wall disintegrable easily by chemical or mechanical means, growing well in the dark, suitable for tank cultivation, and having high chlorella growth factor (CGF). CONSTITUTION:Chlorella vulgaris cultivable at 25-40 deg.C and 5-9pH, optimally at 30-35 deg.C and 7-8pH either in light or dark conditions, suitable for the aseptic monocultural pure culture in a tank using acetic acid, D-glucose, etc. as carbon source and urea, ammonium acetate, potassium nitrate, etc. as nitrogen source, having cell wall disintegrable easily by chemical or mechanical means and almost free from alpha-cellulose, and having high CGF.
