摘要

A remote sensing study was carried out to determine the estuarine circulation, the sandbank patterns, the River Mino plume and classificatio nfo coastal lands and shorelines using TM-Landsat images, ERS-1 SAR image and a 3D projection of submarine relief. The circulation patterns in the area of study were deduced from the bathymetric study, the sediment patterns, the thermal plumes and the radar image. A classiflcation using neural nets and a Landsat iamge for hte Mino area has been carried out.
