The Effect of Field Data With Large Censored Rate on the Data Processing Accuracy

The generation of failure data and censored field data are simulated. Then the background of the formation of censored data is analysed. It shows that the fact of a large amount of field data being censored should be taken seriously. The comparison of the effects of large censored rate and small censored rate on the data processing accuracy is made.
