This paper is intended to present a perspective approach to the synthesis of functional blocks based on operational amplifiers. The authors would like to present their approach to designing an Ackerberg-Mossberg biquad that realizes a low pass filter being based on employing the algorithms of neural networks. This method can be generally employed at electrical circuit designing provided the topology and appropriate equations of the synthesized circuit are known and there is a need for optimizing the values of all the devices of the circuit according the requirements to by comply. For the purposes of this paper, Self-Organizing Migrating Algorithm has been selected and its description can also be found in this text.
