Tourist countries are faced with a number of risks and uncertainties that have a devastating impact on the tourism industry, such as: the current economic crisis, fluctuations, terrorist attacks, diseases, and to be able to survive, the tourism sector should be based on aspects of cooperation between the public and the private sector; reducing barriers to access and implement an open environment of the market; redirect tourist marketing by diversity markets source; encouraging local initiatives and entrepreneurship in order to promote domestic tourism, and the introduction of investment schemes much more flexible in order to create sustainable growth.
