Analyzing sustainable indicators in the last decade and giving a best way of urban regeneration manner, Sahand new town

The subject of sustainable cities has been discussed and focused for decades. Sustainability indicators are the basis of establishing new town in all countries, in Iran many new town have been built, which most have been constructed by the same purpose. Disusing sustainability indicators and their frameworks, as well as implying the use of these indicators, and finally presenting an example of implementing these indicators in Iran, this article seeks to give solutions and suggestions in the area of new town sustainability, so it can been seen the establishment of sustainable new town in the world and even in Iran.
