Conditions of Experiments for Verification of Gravity Control Possibility

摘要

Proposed approach based on the idea of measurement standards variability is interpreting the Hubble constant as a coefficient, characterizing the rate of mass loss by any physical body, thus giving us a possibility to control gravity. The paper aims at determination of gravity control experiment conditions by the means of tentative experiments.
