摘要

Integral bridge is a very promising form of a bridge, due to its low maintenance costs and good performance for the traffic vehicle. In this paper, the seismic behaviors of an integral bridge with high piers are studied considering the influence of soil-structure dynamic interaction. Ramberg-Osgood hyperbolic elastic-plastic model is introduced to determine the stress-strain characteristics of the surrounding soil during time-history dynamic analysis. For the integral bridge with high piers, it is expected that the soil-structure dynamic interaction could absorb the energy of earthquake and the design could satisfy the needs for the seismic performance of integral bridge under the infrequent earthquakes.
