Linguistic Variables in the Lean Company Project

摘要

The companies have to find new ways how they can stay on the global market and how they can keep ahead of their competition. They have to fight hard not only with the high rate of competition on the global market but with the crisis or outputs of the crisis at the same time. They are also under pressure of the economic crisis which manifests itself in different countries variously. One of the way how to survive the crisis without losing their market position or better to say, how to strengthen their market position is to transform the companies to the so-called Lean Company. "Perspective Solution of Future of the Companies" project is one of the approaches to this problem. The authors briefly describe application of linguistic variables in their project in this article.
