@@Aluminium chip recycling associated with a lot of dif ficulties: crowding,much oxidizing (burn-off) of the chip observed at secondary aluminium alloys melting. The one of the most rational usage ways of aluminium chip is recycling to aluminium hydro oxychloride (HOCHA),which relates to a new generation type co agulants. Metallic chip is been researched contained a row of impurities except aluminium. The average chemical consist of the chip is,% weight;Al -92-96,Fe-1.0,Si-0.01,Mg-1-3,Ca-0.02,Mn-0.2-0.4,Ni-13,Cu-0.2-0.8,Zn-0.05-0.1,Na-0.1-0.5,Pb-O.01-0.05,Cr-0 .1-0.3,V-0.01-0.03. At the dissolution of this composition aluminium chip in saline acid large amount of impurities moved into coagulant solution,stained in intensive blue-green color due to metallic salts pres ence.We suggested the alkali-acid method of alumin ium hydro oxychloride production for reduce the transfer probability of metallic salts into coagulant solution.
