Structural design and properties of the aorta stent-graft

摘要

A new shape memory alloy thoracic aorta stent-graft with taper,no girder structure designed for endovascular repair procedure was introduced in this paper. The radial support force of the stent was measured by electron universal test machine,the recovery tempera ture was measured by DSC,and structural design of the stent was verified by doctors. The results showed that the stent recovered com pletely at 25.9? and radial holding force of the stent distributed between 6 N and 8 N.Doctors operated more easily,and the stent was of better flexibility and uniform expandability,met the physiology characteristics of people's thoracic aorta more. The stent-graft with ta pered design may be fit for treatment option for endovascular repair procedure especially,and clinical treatment effects were satisfactory.
