摘要

This paper presents a model for the automatic generation of image acquisition conditions. It is based on a model for inspecting specular surfaces. The method of treating vision in adverse conditions consists of increasing system sensitivity by means of reducing the distance between capture and camera conditions or changing the curve calibration slope of the capture conditions. It implies knowledge of the conditions in which the the image is to be captured: focus distance, vision angles, chromaticity and other lighting characteristics, etc. A simulator recreating the conditions of the model and enabling inspection architectures to be validated rapidly and at a low cost has been developed. The proposed solution contributes methodology suitable for providing general solutions and could be systematically used to design quality control vision systems. The tests for generation conditions were developed for inspecting metallic and dielectric surfaces.
