The new normal of China's economy requires paper industry to change focus on operation improvement,cost reduction and sustainable development as key business drives.Nalco Water's HYBRID technology is especially developed to allow our papermakers to attain important on-machine efficiency(OME)and sheet quality gains in formation,porosity and smoothness.Designed for strong performance,new HYBRID polymers provide controllable drainage in high-speed machines,and improve fines/ash retention to complement existing programs without hurting formation.Besides,new HYBRID polymers also enable papermakers to reduce total cost of operation(TCO)by using more low-grade fiber,recycled fiber or coated broke,and minimize environmental impact from undesired contaminants.HYBRID technology can be applied either as a standalone program or in conjunction with PARETOTM mixing technology.This innovative technology has delivered quantitative benefits especially but not exclusively for board and packaging,newsprint and gypsum liner manufacturers.
