摘要

Mutation points of vibration signals usually contain much malfunction information. It is a valid method to monitor its vibration signals from the surface for fault diagnosis. Neural-network and linear programming model are combined to form a two-stage system for prediction of vibration signals. An illustrative example shows that this method can accurately diagnose malfunctions of diesel engine and monitor its operational condition.
