摘要

Resource environmental capacity is an important basis of function location for region development. As a kind of resource, environmental capacity is the key factor of planning main-functional zones. The paper estimates atmospheric environmental capacity of Dalian city. Besides it baseds on the analysis of major pollutants statistical data and uses A value method. The results show that: Ganjingzi District and Jinzhou District are high pollutant emission areas, Lvshunkou District and Economic technological development zone are higher pollutant emission areas, Zhongshan District, Xigang District, Shahekou District and Jinshitan Forest Park are the areas of lower emission. Spatial different characteristics and the reasons that atmospheric environmental capacity has changed in Dalian City were analyzed, and the countermeasures was put forward in the paper , which makes reference to atmospheric environmental capacity calculation under the planning of main function division.
