摘要

A method to enrich the trace copper (Ⅱ) in aqueous by solid-phase extraction with Amberlite XAD-2000 resins is proposed for the determination by flame AAS. Various factors such as pH, eluent type, concentration, volume and flow rate are discussed. Under the optimum conditions, the maximum adsorption capacities of Cu(Ⅱ) is 9.35mg/g, the recovery was 96﹪. This method isn’t effected by matrix ions and can be used to determine the trace copper(Ⅱ) in environmental samples or in aqueous coexisted with matrix ions as sea waters.
