Coordination and Control of Ecological Environment Security in Mining Area: A Case Study of Wu'an, a Mining City in China

摘要

Currently, how to search for the balance point between mineral resource development and land ecological environment protection becomes very critical to sustainable development in mining cities so that it is paid much attention to by society. Based on the present situation of mineral resource development in Wu'an, this paper analyzes the disturbances on land ecological environment caused by mining, including ground subsidence, ground cracks, subgrade settlement and land damage. And according to the characteristics of land ecological environment destroyed, this paper discusses the ecological development on five aspects: sequence control, space control, function control, mining-land reclamation integration and recycle use of resources, in order to promote sustainable development of mining city and to build the ecological safe pattern.
