Ic - calorimetry a new field for thermal analysis

A new thermoanalyzer called NANOSYS using a silicon integrated heat flow transducer integrated circuit has been developed recently. The integrated circuit uses the silicon technology making it possible to widely increase the number of thermocouples as well as the sensitivity of the system.
