摘要

In conclusion, we have demonstrated the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed RFWS system in measuring aspheric wavefronts by both theoretical simulation and experiment. The reference free wavefront methodology is promising to broaden the applications of S-H wavefront sensors in measuring wavefronts where no golden pieces are fabricated yet, and hence provide the potential to measure aspheric wavefronts. In the future, we will work out a calibration method and study affecting factors in the RFWS system in great detail.
