The main purpose of this work is to develop approaches and conductrnanalyses necessary for the validation of the structural solutions atrnSakhalin shelf. The geological engineering conditions at the sites,rnnature of loads, impacts and their combinations acting on the facilitiesrnare analyzed, analyses and estimations of the stability (bearingrncapacity) of the platform – foundation system necessary for validationrnof structural solutions from the point of view of Russian and foreignrnstandards and Russian practice of designing hydro-technical facilitiesrnare made.
