摘要

Knowledged workers are fresh troops for value creation of high-tech enterprise.However,their inherent characteristics determine the heistr of their turnover rate.Taking the knowledged employees of high-tech enterprise in Beijing as the research objective,according to the characteristics of the turnover in knowledged workers,basing on questionnaire investigation,using the method of factor analysis and multiple correlation analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the factors influencing knowledged workers' turnover.Finally,this paper also proposes corresponding suggestions for turnover of the knowledged employees of high-tech enterprise,to help high-tech enterprises carrying out human resources practice.
机译:知识型员工是高科技企业价值创造的新生力量,但是其内在特征决定了其离职率的高低。以北京高科技企业的知识型员工为研究对象,根据离职率的特点在知识型员工中,以问卷调查为基础,运用因子分析和多元相关分析等方法,对影响知识型员工离职的因素进行了分析。最后,针对高知识型员工离职提出了相应的建议。高科技企业,帮助高科技企业开展人力资源实践。
