Socially excluded group includes low income, rental tenants, and the elderly etc. Forrnthis group socially integrative planning is required, especially, since the group willrnbe continuously increasing in a speedy manner. The purpose of this presentation isrnto share currently suggested residential building innovation whose core elements isrncommunity space within each building in Korea and discuses about it’s possiblerneffect on social integration. More specifically, background of this innovativernintervention, responses from diverse professionals, designed development byrnarchitects and visual images for effective communication. In this presentation,rndiverse usages of the building developed and represented in graphically simulatedrnway, to use them as visual instrument to disseminate the concept to public will bernshared. Overall the results turned out to be very positive. Therefore, the idea ofrnbuilding innovation itself was proven to be effective to alleviate the social exclusionrnproblem in Korea, and visual tool is also effective in delivering the ideas. In thisrnpresentation virtual reality will be also shared with other graphic contents.
