Firstly,use DEA method to test technological innovation efficiency of 13 foreign large defense enterprises. Then according as the results,select some enterprises whose technological innovation efficiency is higher for case study,and summarize the main characters of their technological innovation activities. Finally,put forward some inspirations to improve Chinese defense enterprises' technological innovation efficiency.

机译：首先，采用DEA方法对13家国外大型国防企业的技术创新效率进行了检验。然后根据结果，选择一些技术创新效率较高的企业进行案例研究，总结其技术创新活动的主要特点。最后，提出了提高我国国防企业技术创新效率的一些启示。
