This paper presents the development of a simulation tool for a Solar Heat for Industrial Processes (SHIP)rnplants, based on Parabolic Though technology and equipped with direct thermocline Thermal Storage Systemrn(TES). The model developed is a one–dimensional model, based on the Modelica language, which allows therntransient performance evaluation of the plant.
