摘要

In this paper, CTLC algorithm is proposed for reducingrntraffic congestion. From V2I network, we can get the trafficrnflow data .According to a 4-nodes road network simulationrnresult, the vehicles in the traffic flow with congestionrnproblem will have a shorter waiting time. More importantly,rnthe average waiting time of the road network declines. It willrnextremely reduce the traffic congestion in the road network.
