Because when the high pressure and large flow sine pump that is invented and made by PANHKE/WEPUKO Co. In Germany is used in large-tonnage fast-forging oil hydraulic press, it is indispensable that the flow curve of the output high pressure oil changes between 0 L/min to 1000L/min according sine curve fastly and steadily, we aim to control large-tonnage fastforging oil hydraulic press by the RX-500 sine pumps. Operating principle of this kind of pump is introduced firstly. Then, authors analyze the coupling relation of the pump's parameters and establish its mathematical model by the way of parameterization.Then authors establish the modle of fast-forging oil hydraulic press with three main cylinders and 45MN press force. After that, the corresponding simulation model is founded in MATLAB/Simulink? Software environment. The simulation results presented both exact mathematical model of the RX-500 sine pump, fast-forging oil hydraulic press and their good control property.
