摘要

The dynamical model of valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder is constructed by means of the method to dynamically simulate a hydraulic system based on the software AMESim. The simulation model is established and the method to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system is introduced in detail. It studied the influence of pipelines diameter which are between the valve and the cylinder on the dynamic characteristics of system. Meanwhile the key factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system are discussed. The comparison and analysis of the results of simulation by changing the components parameters have been performed. The simulation results show that the AMESim method is an effective way to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system.
