The introduction of two simplified formulae of stress and strain calculation

In four basic types of deformation, i.e. tension or compression, shearing, torsion and bending, there are many complex formulae of stress and strain calculation, which are not easy for the beginners to bear in mind. This paper attempts to explore the general laws from these complicated calculations and to introduce two simplified formulae of stress and strain calculation.
