In the face of the deep-seated problems of the very beginning of the regrouping, Benxi iron and steel (group)Co., Ltd explores the creative maintenance management mode— 'one centre, one system, two combination' and four run management systems in which man-hour system is very typical. Through the two years' practice and run, the situation of the device, economical and technical index and work efficiency have been enhanced greatly, the maintenance cost of the device has been decreased obviously.
