摘要

With the development of spatial information acquisition technology, laser scanning technology has become one of the most important methods to information acquisition. It can obtain the three-dimensional space coordinates of the surface samples accurately and quickly. Using this data to construct three-dimensional city model, we can improve the accuracy and data process speed of modeling, so how to process these data fast and efficiently becomes the focus of attention in the international community in general. In 1998, the Tokyo University, Japan, carried on the test of integration of ground fixed laser scanning system and achieved good results. In this paper, we take the Shi-cha-hai area in Beijing for example, and put forward a method of using AutoCAD/ 3dsmax to obtain building model of Shi-cha-hai area. It includes the Procedure and also the question occurs during the process. At last, we gave the model of this area, this method can also be applied to digital cities and digital heritage protect and other fields.
