A Disequilibrium Analysis of Production Function about 21 Cities in Yangtze River Delta——Discussion about the Production Ratio and Supply's Restriction Ratio of Government Public Capital

Although the economic growth of Yangtze River Delta is mainly due to the contribution of private economy, the government public investments have important effects on it, too. The increase of production ratio of government public capital has a strong external effect on economic growth, however, the restriction ratio of average public capital supply is high for 21 big cities, especially like Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, and other cities close to these cities. At the same time, the small cities far away from those big cities are also likely to be restricted by public capital's effective demand. This shows that the more developed the economy of the city is, the more active the demands of public supply are.
