摘要

The tracking loop of a GPS receiver may lose the lock to the signals during high dynamic manoeuvring. To improve the tracking performance an investigation is conducted on the use of additional inertial velocity information. In this paper, the transfer function, the steady-state and the transient response of the delay lock loop (DLL) with and without the additional information are analysed. The results indicate that tracking performance of the DLL with inertial velocity aided has significantly been improved in terms of noise bandwidth, steadystate error and transient response time.
