Analyses of electrical performance of category 6 U/UTP cable along the copper annealing curve on different twisting machine

The design of communication cables requires that the bestrnsolution be found for several competing parameters andrnannealing conditions and twisting machines have great impactrnon this task.rnThis work showed an interesting relation between the copperrnannealing curve, twisting machine constructions and electricalrnperformance of cat.6 U/UTP cable. It was proved depending onrnthe copper elongation range used on annealing, it leads tornpositive or negative electrical performances,. in spite of anyrninstability in process.
