摘要

This paper describes the wireless management technology of optical fiber core and equipment at the splicing point where the optical closure and outside plants are installed in the optical network. The core technology is development of embedded type RF module chip and optical splicing point management program for optical splicing closure which has magnetic water sensor that can directly detect the water, temperature and humidity sensor for prevention of water penetration, and Zigbee chip for wireless communication. The development of the RF module chip and program is available to communicate each other by using USB antenna so that the stable optical network can be maintained by checking the splicing point data and installation condition of optical closure.
