Cost Control Tactic in Software Enterprise

摘要

This paper presents a new dynamic structure model used to analyse enterprise's cost on the base of value chain theory, and applies to software enterprise. By means of this model, we analyses the main factors influencing software enterprise's cost, and makes soem tactics controlling cost from five aspects-software development, product support, product marketing, organization structure and enterprise strategy.
