摘要

The end-result of research on reservoir - induced earthquake ought to reflect on the determination of design seismic ground motion parameter of dam Bite,rnTheory for coupling of stress-pore pressure in the saturated - elastic porous media is used in the study of formation mechanism of reservoir-induced earthquakes in this paper. The analytic result of the Xinfengjiang reservoir shows this mechanism is desirable.rnAs for effecting of reservoir earthquake on the seismic motion parameter, we proposal to use the probabilistic seismic hazard method involving the potential sources of tectonic earthquake and those of induced earthquake. Seismic activity parametera(including annual occurrence rate v and b value) of induced potential source wag determined based on the information of the Xinfenjiang reservoir earthquake In China or the Koyna reservoir earthquake in India, and upper limit magnitude Mu is given by the paper. The result of the probabilistic hazard analysis for a example reservoir ehows that the seismic ground motion parameter of the dam site is dominate mainly by the induced source when the distance of induced source to the dam site is shorter and its seismic activity parameters are higher.
