Emulsion polymerization of monodisperse polymer have been widely investigated since 1970. Monodisperse microsphere means that polymer particles are in a single step with sizes and they are agglomerate-free. The size and size distribution of polymer particles are important parameters of emulsion polymerization. The capability and character of emulsion polymer, the reaction rate of emulsion polymerization are dependent on the particle size and size distribution of polymer particles.
