Decentralized Generation is already an internal part of country's distribution networks and take the responsibility for the entire system of energy supply, with an increasing major role. From the perspective of the operators of distribution networks it is therefore necessary on one hand to expand the network and on the other hand to coordinate the ancillary services from DER. In this paper the volatile behavior of generating plants in a real 110 kV network will be analyzed and based on a model analysis it will be shown which active and reactive power gradients must be handled in network operation. It is evident that Technical Connection Rules today, provide a basis to establish a reliable management for ancillary services from distribution network in future operation. In this case, both the properties of the DER as well as the properties of the network structures, in which they are connected, are to be considered. The Technical Connection Rules can be finally updated according to the shown criteria in this article.
