In this paper a way of developing agricultural mechanization is explored in the rural reform.rn"Agricultural mechanization helps to bring about specialized villages": In the beginning of the rural reform "contracted economic system" was introduced into agricultural machinery management and many efforts were made such as organizing socialized service of agricultural machinery under contracted undertakings, developing agricultural mechanization and allocating agricultural labor force, bringing about a great advance in agricultural production and setting up specialized villages.rn"Specialized villages put agricultural mechanization into effect first": The essences of the formation of the specialized villages are the development of the socialist market economy , the rising of nonagricultural industry in rural areas, the emerging of proper scale a-gricultural operation and specialized big households as well as the demand of first adoption t of mechanization in whole.rnThe new way of developiing agricultural mechanization conform to the actual situation and has a universal guiding meaning.
