摘要

According to the characters of measuring instrument’s calibration parameters, a model for forecasting the calibration trend of measuring instrument is proposed. The Markov model is introduced based on the gray GM(1 ,1) forecasting model, that reduces effect on forecasting precision from stochastic fluctuation data. Experiments are also done to validate the forecasting model, which demonstrates that the prediction model not only can predict the developing trend of measuring instrument’s calibration parameters but also predictive stochastic fluctuate changing under collectivity developing trend. Calibration interval of measuring instrument is doped out by this prediction model,that could effectively solve the problems of insufficient calibration and superfluous calibration in metrology management.
