Microbe community in soil of soybean rotation and 2,5 years continuous cropping was analyzed, fungi of continuous cropping were aboundant than rotation cropping 2-4 folds, but population groups not variable. Inoculated with dominant groups, Penicillium, Fusarium, Aspergillus and Glicoladium etc., soybean growth was inhibited by Penicillium purpourogenum, was the most serious, secondly the Fusarium oxysporum, F. Solani, and Gliocladium delquanecs. P. purpurogenum inhibited soybean growth by producing exopathogenic mytotoxins, it may be key factor leading to soil sickness by continuous cropping.
