摘要

Aiming at the problems as the nonlinear factors and the position disturbance in the electro-hydraulic servo loading system of pumping unit, this paper presents an optimal fuzzy PID control scheme. The parameters of the PID controller are adjusted online by using the fuzzy inference. In addition, fuzzy inference rules are optimized in order to avoid the irrationality of the fuzzy inference. Firstly, the mathematic model of the electro-hydraulic servo loading system of pumping unit is built by using Neural Network. Then, the whole control system is simulated off-line, with the optimal fuzzy inference rules obtained. Finally, the optimal fuzzy inference rules are used in the real-time control system. Experimental results show that this kind of control scheme is characterized by a strong ability to eliminate the nonlinear factors, to reduce the extraneous forces and to increase the responding speed of the system.
