摘要

This paper discusses the key technologies of camshaft grinding. The mathematic motion model of camshaft grinding is derived according to the constant grinding ratio principle through the harmony of reciprocating motion and the rotating motion of the camshaft. The basic self-adaptive control structure based on model reference adaptive control principle for camshaft grinding machine is analyzed. Finally the hardware structure of the open CNC system based on PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller) is designed. According to the OOP (Object-Oriented-Programming), the function and structure of the CNC software are discussed The software is developed based on the open architecture by using the VC++6.0. The open architecture CNC system of camshaft grinding machine is verified by the tests.
