Visual Inspection of Electronic Devices by Image Processing

摘要

PC image processing system for visual inspection of electronic devices was developed and applied to the real production lines. Image processing algorithms are presented, in this paper, and the performances of the inspection system are also explained based on the real applications to the real production lines.
