摘要

In this paper, a highway tunnel mechanical and electronic system based on field bus techniques was presented. The system was partitioned into relatively independent subsystems. Integrated by computer LAN (upper net) and field bus net (lower net), a complete tunnel mechanical and electronic system was built up. The Lower net connects the upper net through net bridge to share and exchange information. The multi mode-optical fiber was used for field bus. The field controller is ORMON PLC (RS1D), which offers advanced programming function. The designed system has been applied in ChengNan expressway FenShuiLing tunnel of national highway G312 over 6 months. It is verified that the whole system is running soundly and stably.
