摘要

In a magnetic suspended spindle there is coupling force generated by radial magnetic bearings within their cross section in x and y coordinate axes directions. The coupling force will affect the design of the control system, the modeling and the structure design of a magnetic suspended spindle system especially within the small magnetic suspended spindle application system. First the paper discussed the problem of coupling force generated by radial magnetic bearings in a magnetic suspended spindle system. Then the coupling force that generated by radial magnetic bearings is theoretically developed, and the formula for calculating coupling force generated by radial magnetic bearings in different magnetic suspended spindle structures is deduced. Finally the model of a magnetic suspended spindle take coupling force in consideration is established.
