Design of A x-y Type Fast Steering Mirror (FSM) With Large Angular Range

摘要

Aiming at solving the large displacement perturbation of laser beam atmospheric propagation and multi-platform optical system, a novel fast steering mirror (FSM) with large angular range is proposed. Taken a FSM designed for multi-platform optical system for instance, its general construction, several key design parameters and compound control strategy are introduced. It provides a feasible solution for relevant engineering applications.
